Cloudy summer period for Polnord
POLAND Polnord sold 256 apartments over Q3 2018, representing a 33 pct drop on the same period of the previous year. A total of 753 apartments were delivered over the first three quarters down by 27 pct y-o-y on 1034 apartments delivered in 2017.
European rents still growing
EUROPE European offices have recorded eight quarters of continuous rental growth with a 0.7 pct increase in Q3 2018, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s latest DNA of Real Estate report.
