Murapol buying up Wrocław land
POLAND Murapol has signed a preliminary contract to buy a 0.45 ha plot of land on ul. Buforowa in Wroclaw for PLN 6.5 mln net.

POLAND The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection [UOKiK] is preparing draft legislation under which residential developers will have to set aside 5 pct of their revenues into a Development Guarantee Fund to safeguard homebuyers in the event of their own bankruptcy.
