POLAND Park Handlowy in Olecko has been opened since August 2nd. The building belongs to the Saller Group. The more than 4,500 sqm facility located on Al. Zwycięstwa is fully rented.

RUSSIA The AccorHotels group has opened a four-star Mercure Nizhny Novgorod Center hotel, the second hotel of the group in Nizhny Novgorod and the 46th in Russia.

POLAND State owned fund Polski Fundusz Rozwoju [the Polish Development Fund] (PFR) has signed a contract to purchase a 99.77 pct stake in Polskie Koleje Liniowe (PKL) from Mid Europa Partners.

Panattoni starts building dishwasher plant
POLAND Panattoni Europe has laid the cornerstone to mark the beginning of the construction of a 58,500 sqm dishwasher factory for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego in Łódź next to the Central European Logistics Hub. Completion of construction work is planned for the beginning of 2019 with production to start around the middle of next year.
