World real estate investment rises 18 pct
WORLD Despite geopolitical uncertainty and a slowing in the economic cycle, investment in the global property market has seen a significant rise of 18 pct year-on-year to a new record high of USD 1.8 tln (compared to USD 1.5 tln in 2017), claims Cushman & Wakefield in its ‘Winning in Growth Cities’ report.

David walks into Raffles
POLAND The Walk with David design studio has designed the branding for four stores and service outlets in the Raffles Europejski Hotel Warsaw, including the Lourse Patisserie Warsaw, The Longbar, The Humidor and The Europejski Grill. “When creating each individual identity, we took into consideration the fact that Raffles Warsaw is a place that has remained in the hearts and memories of the Warsaw people, even while the shape and fortunes of the city around it changed,“ said Paweł Miklaszewski a partner of Walk with David.
