BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA The European Investment Bank has signed two loans worth EUR 150 mln for the construction of two sections of the Corridor VC pan-European road link, connecting Budapest and Eastern Croatia to the Adriatic coast through Bosnia and Herzegovina.

DSV moves to Pomeranian Logistics Centre
POLAND Danish transport and logistics company DSV Solutions has leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse space at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, owned by Goodman nine km north-east of Gdańsk. The company is to relocate from Prologis Park Gdańsk.

Vacancy in Warsaw keeps falling
POLAND The vacancy is still falling on Warsaw’s office market, according to JLL. In the first quarter of this year the vacancy was only 10.8 pct, which is down 0.9 pp q-o-q and 3.2 pp down y-o-y.
