Ceetrus moves to Mokotów
POLAND Ceetrus (formerly known as Immochan Polska) has leased 1,225 sqm of office space at the International Business Center in Warsaw, to which it will relocate in late 2018.

Two leases for Olympus
POLAND Digital camera producer Olympus is moving its Polish headquarters to the Neopark office park in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, where it has leased 1,475 sqm of space.The company will also launch a shared services centre in Wrocław for the EMEA region with a 5,390 sqm office in the Retro Office House office building.

Zara reorganises online sales
WORLD The Zara store chain is to complete and send out online orders directly from its brick and mortar stores. The Spanish-based Inditex group, which owns the Zara brand, believes it can make online orders easier for shoppers by processing individual orders in their stores. Whenever a product is unavailable online, but can be found in stock at a local store, it can be ordered immediately with home delivery.
HB Reavis chooses architect
POLAND Slovak developer HB Reavis has appointed the Open Architects studio to design its first project in Łódź.
Reesco to become half Italian
POLAND Polinvest 9, a subsidiary of Italian-based 21 Partners group, wants to purchase a 50 pct stake (50 shares) in Reesco.
Many projects for GTC
CEE REGION Over H1 2018, GTC refurbished two buildings (21,600 sqm) in its Green Heart project (formerly known as GTC Square), completed its White House (21,500 sqm) development in Budapest and purchased the Mall of Sofia as well as Sofia Tower. At the end of the period, the company had four projects under construction with 85,000 sqm gla to be completed in 2019 and had plans to start a further three projects this year with a combined 90,000 sqm gla.

Improvements planned for Centrum Ursynów
POLAND Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, which jointly owns the Centrum Ursynów mall at ul. Puławska 427 in Warsaw with a fund managed by the Cromwell Property Group, intends to modernise the centre.

POLAND Work on the extension of the Dekada mall in Skierniewice is to start at the beginning of 2019. The building is to gain a third floor of more than 18,000 sqm.
