Transcosmos takes interstellar journey from Japan to Poznań
POLAND Japanese-based business services provider Transcosmos has leased around 850 sqm in the Centrum Franowo, mixed-use development on ul. Szwedzka in Poznań owned by Ingka Centres (formerly known as Ikea Centres).
MBB to take up 15,000 sqm in Słubice
POLAND MBB Logistics has leased 15,000 sqm of warehousing with office space in the Exeter Park Słubice logistics park. The tenant was supported by BNP Paribas Real Estate in finding the new location and during the lease negotiations.
