EUROPE Polish clothing retailer CDRL, the owner of the Coccodrillo chain, is planning to open 30–40 new stores in foreign markets (including Russia) by the end of 2018 as well as one in Poland.
Weak Q1 for Russian investment
RUSSIA The total real estate investment volume in Russia amounted to USD 150 mln in Q1 2018, 4.7 times less than a year earlier – according to preliminary data published by CBRE in its ‘Russia Property Investment MarketView’ report.
