Poland Cordon Electronics joins MLP Pruszków II
Cordon Electronics Polska has signed a lease for approx. 5,100 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II warehouse complex. The company is set to fully occupy the new facility from December this year.

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,000 sqm to KMC Services at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. With this deal, the 50,000 sqm building constructed in the first stage of the development has been fully commercialised.

Poland Millions for The Bridge
Ghelamco has secured bank financing for The Bridge office complex in downtown Warsaw. The construction and investment loan was provided to the developer by Santander Bank Polska, which will also be a tenant of the skyscraper.

Techstep Poland is moving its office to Officyna in Gdańsk. The company, which offers business mobility management solutions, has leased approx. 460 sqm in the office building.

Poland Fortaco Factory is ready
Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory, with an area of over 34,000 sqm, will provide jobs for around 200 people and help consolidate Fortaco’s operations while optimizing logistics.

Warsaw's Studio B building has been awarded SmartScore and WiredScore certificates. Skanska has thus become the first company in Poland to receive these certificates for a building already in use.

Romania FDI grows in construction and RE
According to data from the National Bank of Romania analyzed by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, the real estate and construction sector became the second largest recipient of foreign capital in Romania, after industry. The sector attracted approx. EUR 2.2 bln of foreign direct investments in 2023, as the share of this economic activity in the overall FDI stock stood at 17.5 pct at the end of 2023.
