The OTO Park Siemianowice retail park under development by Falcon Investment Management and Acteeum Group is now 90 pct leased and the commercialisation is on track to be completed by the end of the year with negotiations already underway for the last remaining units.

Segro has completed the first stage of BREEAM In-Use certification for 16 buildings in Poland. The total area of the facilities came to 335,000 sqm, including buildings in Warsaw, Poznań, Stryków, Gliwice, and Wrocław.

LCP Poland, part of M Core, has purchased two retail park development projects from Smart Park Poland. With this deal, LCP will expand to Jawor and Grodków.

The first building in the Atman Data Center Warsaw-3 campus in Duchnice near Ożarów Mazowiecki has opened. This is the company's largest ever project, comprising a total investment of PLN 2.5 bln.

NewCold has opened a fully automated, energy-efficient refrigerated warehouse in Nowy Modlin near Warsaw. The 27,000 sqm centre was developed in an investment of EUR 112 mln.

The Lixa D office building in Warsaw has been awarded WiredScore 'Platinum' certification, joining the Lixa C and E buildings, which previously received the same rating. This confirms the highest quality of digital connectivity, telecommunications solutions, and emergency systems across the Yareal complex.

Czech Republic Nika expands in Pardubice
Nika Logistics, a company owned by Šmídl Holding, has extended its lease in the DMC Pardubice complex and expanded its warehouse space. The company expanded the size of its lease by an additional 2,000 sqm of hall space and now occupies nearly 14,000 sqm.

Germany Berlin Hyp gains new HQ
Berlin Hyp has completed construction of its new headquarters in Berlin. The B-One office building will house all of the bank's Berlin employees as well as those of its owner LBBW. The 45m building has 13 storeys and around 19,000 sqm of usable space.

Poland City Point Okęcie completed
Partners Group and Peakside have completed the construction of City Point Okęcie, a BTS project for Welcome Airport Services. The 11,000 sqm centre will serve as a new international cargo terminal.

Refield is to develop another retail centre in the Podkarpackie region. Pasaż Łańcucki will comprise over 11,000 sqm of gla, and the anchor tenant will be grocery retailer Lidl.

Germany Quantum acquires Panattoni City Dock Mannheim Süd
Panattoni City Dock Mannheim Süd has been sold to Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager Quantum for an undisclosed price. The business park at Floßwörthstraße 48 in Mannheim was completed in 2024 and is leased to a single tenant, energy solutions provider beegy GmbH, a subsidiary of MVV.
