Ford Poland has comprehensively modernised its space in Diuna, adapting it to a new hybrid work model. The layout includes areas for relaxation and informal meetings, as well as areas conducive to concentration and privacy. The company's reception also has a new look. Light fittings have been modernised, and energy-saving solutions have been applied.

Diuna is a proven functional location for us, so it was a natural step for us to extend our contract. For over 18 years, this place has really supported our work, both in terms of accessibility and the services in the immediate vicinity. Convenient access, parking and bicycle facilities, as well as on-site amenities, are important to our team. The possibility of having electric vehicle chargers for our employees installed was also an important factor. Our decision to stay was also reinforced by changes within the complex itself including the renovation of the entrance lobbies and the creation of both a green patio and a new conference centre, improving every-day comfort.
Dorota Poniatowska-Marczuk, HR manager, Ford Polska

Diuna, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, has undergone a huge transformation. The office complex in Warsaw's Służewiec district has been modernised to current market standards, with the changes including improvements to outdoor areas and the redevelopment of the entrance lobbies of all four buildings. The 6,000 sqm concrete car park has been transformed into a public park with 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream and an educational building.

Following the changes, Diuna received a BREEAM In Use rating of Excellent, as well as WELL WSR and WiredScore certificates.

With a total usable area of 46,000 sqm, the complex is home to companies such as Accord, NewCold, Carrier Chłodnictwo, Colgate, Daikin Europe, Eurocash, Ford, Intrum, JDE, JDE Peet’s, Oceanic, S.C Johnson, FOUNDEVER, Business Lease, Leasing Team and WDX. The complex also houses a LUX MED clinic, a HARMONIA mental health clinic, a 24-hour Veterio veterinary clinic, a Green Caffè Nero café and a Gorąco Polecam café and bakery. The underground car park has 1,200 spaces across three levels.
