POLAND In H2 2017, the Polish shopping centre market increased by over 351,000 sqm of retail space according to the Polish Retail Research Forum (PRRF).
Industrial boom breaks records
POLAND For the first time ever, a single region (Central Poland) recorded a take-up of over 1 mln sqm, according to the “Market in Minutes – Warehouse and Industrial Market in Poland” report by Savills. The region in question saw a total of 1.08 mln sqm leased. As usual, the Warsaw market was subject to high demand with over 990,700 sqm of leases signed while leasing activity in Upper Silesia came to 791 400 sqm.
