CZECH REPUBLIC International Campus has acquired a 50 pct stake in a joint venture with the Karlin Group to develop The Fizz Prague residential project, which will provide student housing with 529 apartments and 71 underground parking spaces in the city of Prague’s Holešovice district. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

POLAND Dolby has relocated its office in Poland to the Business Garden complex in Wroclaw, with a lease of nearly 3,500 sqm. in space. The office design and project management work was by Cushman & Wakefield.
