Union Investment buys two Holiday Inn hotels in Poland
POLAND Hamburg-based real estate investment manager Union Investment has announced the purchase of two hotel properties on behalf of two of its funds from UBM for EUR 80 mln. The properties, include the Holiday Inn Gdańsk City Centre project, which is being built in Gdańsk and the recently opened Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre in the capital.
