Panattoni all set in Gdansk

HUNGARY S ImmoHungary, owner of River Estates office building located at the junction of Váci road and Dózsa György road, have assigned JLL and Robertson Hungary real estate agencies to co-exclusively lease 9,200 sqm of office space.

Baltica to kick off with Riga station
LATVIA Construction work on the new central railway station in Riga, which is part of the Rail Baltica project is to begin in 2022. The construction design is to be drawn up in 2019 with the contractors and designers to be chosen this year. The concept for the reconstruction of the station is by Danish-based PLH Arkitekter in collaboration with COWI.

Ronson takes back Nova Królikarnia
POLAND Ronson Development plans to purchase back from Global City Holdings the first two phases of the Nova Królikarnia residential project for PLN 83.8 mln. Ronson will also hold options to purchase the remaining phases of the project, which is under development on ul. Jaśminowa in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, for a total of PLN 78.9 mln.
