POLAND Amsterdam-based investment firm Golden Star Estate has acquired the DOT Office complex in Kraków from Grupa Buma for an undisclosed sum.

Ultimo leases space in Wrocław
POLAND Debt management company Ultimo has leased 5,300 sqm of space in the Green2Day office project in Wrocław’s Śródmieście district. The building will serve as the company’s main office in Poland. The tenant will relocate to the building by the second half of 2018.

Iulius to expand Timişoara mall
ROMANIA Iulius has started the construction of 47,000 sqm of retail space in the Openville mixed-use project in Timişoara, which will include more than 100 new stores, themed restaurants and cafés, a cinema and a playground. Some of the current tenants of Iulius Mall Timişoara (71,000 sqm opened in 2005) are also to expand their stores.
