POLAND The Nowa Motława complex on Gdańsk’s Spichrzów Island has reached its shell stage and the buildings have been topped off. The completion of the project is scheduled for January 2017.

POLAND Invesco Real Estate (IRE) has sold the Zaułek Piękna office building in central Warsaw on behalf of one of its German separate account clients to GLL Real Estate Partners for an undisclosed sum.
Echo obtains EUR 132 mln loan for office projects
POLAND Echo Investment has secured a loan agreement with Berlin Hyp and ING Bank Śląski worth almost PLN 600 mln. The acquired funds, i.e. an investment loan of EUR 132 mln, will be used to refinance Echo’s four office projects: Malta Office Park, Park Rozwoju, West Gate and A4 Business Park.

Waimea starts Bydgoszcz project
POLAND The construction of the first stage of Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz has been launched. The construction of two halls on a 6 ha plot started at the beginning of June, in the first stage of the logistics and production complex in Bydgoszcz. The general contractor is Trasko-Inwest.

POLAND The construction of Szczecin Business Plaza is to start in Q3 this year. The complex, on ul. Południowa, will comprise 11,100 sqm in four office buildings – three buildings of 1,460 sqm each and a fourth building with 6,700 sqm, as well as 300 parking spaces.
2,000 sqm leased in Gemini Park Tychy
