Universal to be demolished soon
POLAND S+B Gruppe AG wants to start the demolition work on the Universal office building in central Warsaw in January. This will take a few months, with the work on the construction of the new building under the name of J 44 should start around mid-2016.

Złota 44 terminates Inso contract
POLAND BBI Development and Amstar, the owners of the Złota 44 residential project in Warsaw, have terminated the general contractor agreement with the Inso Sistemi Per Le Infrastructure Sociali. This is the second time that the Italian company has had to leave the construction site of the 192m tall residential skyscraper designed by Daniel Libeskind.

Unipetrol develops Czech plant
CZECH REPUBLIC Construction and engineering company Technip Italy has signed a EUR 213 mln deal on the construction of a new polyethylene plant for the refinery and petrochemical group Unipetrol. The facility will be erected within Unipetrol’s existing production complex in Litvinov.
