POLAND About 700,000 sqm of retail space is scheduled to come onto the Polish market by the end of 2017, of which 450,000 sqm is expected to be completed in 2016, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s “Property Times” report.

WORLD Over a half (52 pct) of the 600 investors surveyed by Colliers International is planning to increase real estate fund allocations in 2016, while only 11 pct of the respondents to decrease their investment, according to the “Global Investor Outlook” report.

LITHUANIA Online travel portal Trip Advisor has published the list of the world’s best hotels based on their user reviews. The Best Hotels of 2016 - TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards ranking was also compiled for Lithuania, where 10 best TripAdvisor hotels were revealed.
