Murapol one step closer to Siewierz project

POLAND Murapol has signed a preliminary conditional agreement to buy two construction plots from Alta within the Siewierz Jeziorna project near Katowice. According to the contract, Chmielowskie (Alta’s project) is to sell plots with an area of 0.2 ha to Murapol, where the buyer is to build two multi-family residential buildings with a useable residential area of at least 2,500 sqm. The company will also have pre-emption rights in terms of purchasing land in subsequent quarters of the project with a residential area of 8,000 sqm.

CA Immo and O1 raise bid for Immofinanz
