POLAND/FRANCE A project by Mielno Holding, part of Firmus Group, has won the Regeneration and Masterplanning category in the MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards competition.
The project honoured in Cannes is a development concept for 40 ha of land located on a sandbank between the Jamno lake and the Baltic Sea – starting from the outskirts of Mielno-Unieście to the east. The area is almost 2.5 km in length along the coast and only 200m wide in some places.
