Apply for visa in Gulliver shopping centre
UKRAINE A visa services provider for travellers to EU has leased 1,950 sqm of space on the eighth floor of the Gulliver shopping centre in Kyiv.

POLAND Serviced office operator Regus aims to open its first Lublin office, which will be the company’s 14th Polish location. The company has leased 750 sqm of office space at ul. Zana 39/39A, in an office complex owned by a fund managed by First Property Group.

POLAND Globe Trade Centre (GTC) has signed a binding 3,300 sqm lease contract with Cinema City for the space in the Galeria Północna shopping mall which is currently being developed in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.

Eyemaxx starts Malbork project
POLAND Deichmann, KIK, Martes Sport and Zoo Karina are the first few tenants of the Mybox retail park, which Austrian company Eyemaxx Development is planning to build on ul. Rodła in Malbork.

POLAND Caelum Real Estate Asset Management (CREAM) has been awarded a management contract for four retail centres owned by the Napollo group: Galeria Renova in Warsaw and Centrum Zakupów in Ząbki, Zgierz and Czerwionka-Leszczyna (in the Silesian Province).

Ronson starts latest stage of Moko
POLAND Ronson Development has started the construction and sale of apartments in the second stage of the Moko estate on ul. Magazynowa in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The second stage involves the construction of 160 apartments with areas ranging from 29 sqm to 139 sqm. The completion of the construction of this stage is planned for Q4 2016.

POLAND The foundation stone has been laid for the Centre of Applied Sciences, a part of the Silesian Centre for Educational and Interdisciplinary Research in Chorzów. The PLN 36 mln project will be carried out by Mostostal Warszawa.
