UNITED KINGDOM Global shopping centre developer Westfield has teamed up with the London-based technology studio Inition to offer clients a digital pop-up experience at two Westfield London shopping malls.
EUROPE In the first quarter 2015, the UK-based warehouse developer Segro has completed 71,700 sqm developments that could generate annualised rent of GBP 2.9 mln, of which GBP 2.1 mln has already been secured, the company informed.

POLAND Oscar Kazanelson, the chairman of the supervisory board of Robyg, has revealed that the board has decided to start the process for finding a strategic investor for the company. According to Robyg’s financial report for Q1 2015, the developer is aiming at selling 2,200 apartments this year.
RUSSIA Moscow shopping centres completed in the last two years seem to have received the heaviest blow from the Russian economic crisis. According to the latest research by JLL, the vacancy rate in malls completed in 2013/2014 has reached 13 pct.
