POLAND A 7.7-ha plot situated between ul. Milionowa and ul. Tymienieckiego in Łódź has been purchased in an auction by Griffin Group. Now the new owner plans on constructing a 100,000 sqm mixed-use complex on the parcel previously owned by Opal Property Developments.
