Competition authorities give green light to Ursus project
POLAND Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has approved the foundation of a company that will develop a post-industrial area in Warsaw’s Ursus district.

White Stone develops in Warsaw’s Wilanów
POLAND Zora Wilanów residential building is currently being developed at the junction of ul. Józefa Teodorowicza and ul. Herbu Szreniawa in Warsaw’s Wilanów district by White Stone Development. The construction work on the project designed by Biuro KAPS Architekci is planned to be completed at the end of 2016.

HUNGARY Union Investment Real Estate-owned and AIG/Lincoln-managed Krisztina Palace office building in Budapest has been awarded BREEAM In-Use certification with ’Very Good’ rating in the asset and building management categories.
New retail park to open in Kamienna Góra
POLAND Gliwice-based developer P.A. Nova has received a PLN 37.5 mln financing for a retail park which is being developed on the post-industrial area of Kamienna Góra.

POLAND “We have just reached another milestone in the Nowy Rynek project. The building is in its lockup stage,” Zygmunt Chyla, the president of the board at TK Development in Poland, said about the topping off ceremony which took place at the construction site where Jelenia Góra’s Nowy Rynek shopping mall is currently being developed.
Warsaw Chopin Airport gets PLN 600 mln
POLAND Bank Pekao and Przedsiębiorstwo Porty Lotnicze (PPL) have signed a contract on the financing of the extension of the Warsaw Chopin Airport. The planned work will be financed with the support of a PLN 600 mln bond issue, with the final redemption date set for 2022, arranged by the Bank.

UNITED STATES Technology giant Google is set to radically redevelop its four Mountain View office sites. The company has just submitted its bold plans which assume the creation of “lightweight block-like structures which can be moved around easily” with large canopies covering each site and “controlling the climate inside yet letting in light and air” to the Mountain View City Council.
