RUSSIA Etalon Group has completed four residential buildings and two stand-alone multi-storey car parks with a total net sellable area of 83,100 sqm within its Swallow’s Nest development in St Petersburg’s Nevsky district.

RUSSIA Warehouse developer PNK Group is planning to develop PNK-Valishchevo – a 500,000 sqm warehouse complex in the south of Moscow Region, 32 km from the Moscow Ring Road and near the Simferopolskoye motorway.
