LOT to spice up courier market?
POLAND Polska Grupa Pocztowa is to use the LOT Polish Airlines airplanes and a chain of parcel lockers at all domestic airports and at some of the largest airports in the European Union to deliver parcels in a new, reportedly quicker way. Called PostInAir, the airmail service is to be launched within the next weeks.

Hilton hotel to open in Szczecin
POLAND The abandoned Piast hotel in Szczecin is to be redeveloped and modernized. The project’s investor will be Redi S.S. of Warsaw.
Hotel Arłamów refinanced
POLAND The Hotel Arłamow company, the owner of a four-star hotel in the Bieszczady mountains, has obtained a refinancing loan of PLN 84.5 mln for the property from Bank Ochrony Środowiska and a working capital loan of PLN 3.5 mln.
