POLAND The demand for warehouse space in Poland has reaches its highest level since 2008. In the first half of this year app. 1.17 mln sqm was leased – 20 pct more than in H1 2014, according to the latest report by JLL.

RUSSIA Around 133,000 sqm of high quality office space was delivered to the Russian office market in Q2 2015, according to research by JLL Russia & CIS. In the first half of the year the amount of new office supply was estimated at 224,000 sqm – an almost 60 pct y-o-y reduction.

SLOVAKIA The Slovak industrial and logistics market showed increased activity in Q2 2015, mainly in terms of new leases. The total volume of closed transactions in Q2 2015 reached app. 53,000 sqm. Although the second quarter of last year was more active (by app. 15.5 pct), in comparison to Q1 2015 there has been a 22.5 pct increase in transactional activity.
