POLAND Plastic component manufacturer Igus has leased 800 sqm of office space and 1,000 of industrial space in Ideal Idea Park III in Warsaw’s Włochy district. The new tenant will move into the park in April 2015.

RUSSIA Green Mall, an over 315,000 sqm shopping centre with 129,000 sqm gla, is to be developed in central-western Moscow. The investment is estimated at USD 460 mln in total.

POLAND Liebrecht & Wood Group and BBI Development SA have signed a final agreement on the sale of Plac Unii, a mix-use complex in Warsaw, to the real estate investment manager Invesco Real Estate (IRE). The transaction was estimated at EUR 226 mln.

POLAND US-based real estate investment trust (REIT) W. P. Carey has bought a newly-constructed, app. 32,600 sqm light-industrial and distribution center in Poland’s Opole for USD 29.5 mln (EUR 23.8 mln).

POLAND The B&B budget hotel chain is planning to open its fourth location in Poland. The company, which recently purchased a Katowice investment plot, is getting prepared to start the construction work on the site.

POLAND Ideal Idea has leased space in Warsaw to Advantech Poland for its corporate headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe.

POLAND Yet another tenant is to move into the Plac Unii office and retail complex in spring 2015. The Swiss retail agency Markant has leased nearly 1,300 sqm of office space on the fifth floor in Plac Unii’s Building B.

POLAND The structural work on the third stage of the InCity residential estate located at the junction of ul. Siedmiogrodzka and ul. Karolkowa in Warsaw has finished. The project’s investor is Okam Capital.
