RSSMirbud signs Inowrocław road construction contract
POLAND A consortium led by Mirbud has signed a PLN 359 mln contract with the Bydgoszcz office of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) to construct the Inowrocław ring road along the 15 and 25 national roads.
Kalter wins contract in Warsaw’s Białołęka
POLAND Kalter is to build a 80-appartment building and a garage for a Warsaw housing association, RSM Praga. The new building will be developed at the junction of ul. Myśliborska and ul. Kamińskiego in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.
Erbud optimistic about 2015
POLAND The Erbud group will start 2015 with construction orders worth over PLN 1.4 bln, with the residential, commercial and industrial projects jointly accounting for 80 pct of the portfolio.

POLAND A Marvipol subsidiary, Central Park Ursynów, has concluded a PLN 77.5 mln contract with Warbud on constructing a part of the Central Park Ursynów estate in Warsaw, the 1b stage.

POLAND Erbud has become the general contractor of the Vivo! shopping centre in Stalowa Wola. The construction company has signed a PLN 96.5 mln contract with the facility’s two investors, Immofinanz Group and Acteeum.
