Awbud to build Pentair factory
POLAND Awbud has been chosen the general contractor for a Pentair Poland factory, which is set to be built in Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The contract is worth a net amount of PLN 28.9 mln.

Budimex finishes work on Lublin roads
POLAND Budimex has completed two sections of road near Lublin. The first is a section of the S17 Kurów–Lublin–Piaski expressway between the Bogucin and Dąbrowica interchanges (including the interchange) and a section of the national road between the Dąbrowica interchange and the city limits of Lublin – a total of 10 km.

Warszawa Główna concepts short-listed
POLAND Polish State Railways (PKP) has pre-selected five developers to submit their development concepts for the 10 ha area surrounding Warsaw’s central rail station, Warszawa Główna. The companies include ECE Projekmanagement Polska, Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne, a consortium of HB Reavis and Polcom Investment XIII, Karam Enterprise (the Immofinanz group) and Neinver Polska.
