RUSSIA The Rivera shopping centre and the Central City Tower office building, both in Moscow, are the two first projects to be certified by CBRE’s Moscow property management team, which has recently announced the launch pf ots BREEAM certification service.
Rising interest in green certification
CEE REGION The first half of 2017 saw a significant increase in interest for sustainability certificates from the owners of completed projects, with almost all the investors in new development projects targeting the highest levels of certification, according to development, design and green certification company BuildGreen.
