Unirii View's 'Excellent' adventure

ROMANIA The Unirii View office project on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard in Bucharest has been awarded BREEAM with a rating of ‘Excellent’ under the latest 2016 standards.
The green advisor was BuildGreen. The project, which is due to be delivered in the summer of 2018, will have 18 floors and a leasable area of approximately 18,000 sqm. “Achieving the best possible green building rating and a green certificate translates into savings of hundreds of thousands of Euros for companies that will carry out their activities in the building.
