Business Garden Poznań going for ‘Gold’
POLAND Business Garden Poznań, which is being developed by Swede Center, has been pre-certified as LEED ‘Gold’. The project is being developed on ul. Bułgarska and ul. Marcelińska streets, with construction of the first stage of the project to begin soon.

POLAND Aquarius Business House, a class ‘A’ office building being developed in central Wrocław by Echo Investment, has obtained a BREEAM interim certificate with the ‘Very Good’ level.

RUSSIA Olympia Park, a class ‘A’ business complex in Moscow, has received BREEAM certification with a ‘Pass’ rating.

POLAND The Osowa shopping centre in Gdańsk has received a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level.
Echo complex awarded best BREEAM
POLAND Park Rozwoju, which is being developed in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, has obtained a BREEAM certificate with a ‘very good’ grade and the highest score in this category in Poland – 67.83 pct.

POLAND Globe Trade Centre has been awarded LEED ‘Gold’ for core and shell for its Platinium V building in Warsaw.
