POLAND Galeria Bronowice in Kraków has received BREEAM certificate with ‘Good’ rating. BREEAM assessors highly appreciated the application of modern ventilation systems in the building, which have been equipped with detectors of carbon dioxide and other harmful substances as well as sensors which monitor the influx of fresh air and CO2 emission.

POLAND Riviera shopping centre in Gdynia has been granted BREEAM In-Use certificate with ‘Excellent’ rating in the asset and building management categories, scoring 73 pct and 79 pct respectively. It is the second green award for the property. In the past, the mall obtained BREEAM certificate with ‘Very Good’ rating.

The app. 60,000 sqm property, which was developed right by a Poznań transport hub composed of the bus and railway stations as well as the stops of the municipal transportation means, performed best in the transit accessibility category.
ROMANIA The Global City Business Park complex in Bucharest’s Pipera district has been awarded a LEED certificate at the ‘Gold’ level for existing building operations and maintenance.

POLAND Hines has announced that the Proximo building in Warsaw has obtained a BREEAM certificate with a ‘Very Good’ rating. The building, which is located at the junction of ul. Prosta and ul. Przyokopowa by the entrance to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, will offer 28,385 sqmof class ‘A’ office space on 13 above-ground stories and 2,000 of retail on the ground floor.
