LITHUANIA Lithuanian Ministry of Energy is set to improve energy efficiency of app. 3,500 to 4,000 residential buildings in the country by 2020. Estimated at app. LTL 1.5 bln (EUR 0.4 bln), the project will be partly financed by the EU, reports vz.lt.

POLAND It seems that Schneider Electric, the French electricity distribution and energy management company, lives up to its green logo and business interests. The company has recently moved its Warsaw headquarters to a new, energy-efficient 32,000 sqm office building, designed to make the best use of Schneider Electric’s building management solutions, where it will ultimately take up 6,500 sqm of space.
