SBC excels in BREEAM

WSP was responsible for the certification process. The project offers 13,400 sqm of class ‘A’ leasable office space on nine floors, as well as a car park on two underground floors with 180 spaces. The building is 96 pct leased to tenants such as Philips, Takeda, Budimex, Tate & Lyle, Rule Financial and Sodexo. SBC is the first office building in Łódź to have been certified with BREEAM In-Use at the ‘Excellent’ level.
