PHN teams up to do hotel
POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości, Polski Holding Hotelowy and the Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority have signed a letter of intent to enter into a partnership to build a new hotel on Wolin Island in the village of Międzywodzie near Swinoujscie.

BaseCamp under construction in Łódź
POLAND BaseCamp is to build its second private student hall in Łódź. The 631-room building will be located at ul. Rembielińskiego 16/18. Mostostal Warszawa has been awarded a PLN 90 mln net contract to be the general contractor for the project.

First hotel from Budnex
POLAND Gorzów Wielkopolski-based Budnex has completed the development of its first hotel: the three-star Bulvar, which has been built close to Gorzów cathedral. Bulvar, which will start welcoming guests this March, is situated among nineteenth-century townhouses along ul. Łużycka.
