RSSIbis Styles to open next to airport
ROMANIA AccorHotels strategic partner Orbis Hotel Group has signed a management agreement for an Ibis Styles hotel at Bucharest's Henri Coanda International Airport with ABS Holdings subsidiary Liwa Properties.

First Radisson Hotel & Suites in CEE
POLAND The hotel in the Deo Plaza complex in Gdańsk will operate under the Radisson brand Radisson Hotel & Suites and will be the first hotel of the brand in the CEE region.
Orbis reports strong results
CEE/SEE REGIONS Despite the fact that Orbis also recorded good results in the previous year, the company recorded a 5.3 pct growth in RevPAR in H1 2018. The growth resulted from an average price rise of 5.2 pct compared to H12017.

POLAND Construction work has started on an Ibis Styles hotel in Tomaszów Lubelski. The hotel is to be located in the former Laureat hotel – the first hotel in the town – at ul. Lwowska 32, which was built in 1984–1988.

LITHUANIA Merko Bustas, part of the Merko Ehitus group, and Hekon, a subsidiary of Orbis, have signed an amendment to a preliminary sales-purchase agreement executed on September 15th 2016, under which Merko bustas was to sell upon completion the Ibis hotel building and parking premises to be built at Ceikinių g. 3, Vilnius.
