POLAND Renovation work on Hotel Studencki (a students’ hall of residence) in the centre of Łódź, should be completed in the autumn.
New hotel in Sopot with free of charge sandwich
POLAND The Focus Hotels Polish chain which belongs to the Immobile capital group, is to open a hotel in Sopot. It is the third facility of the brand in TriCity. The hotel at ul. 1 Maja 7 will have 70 rooms.

Number One to start soon
POLAND Dekpol is finishing the construction of a three-storey hotel on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk. The company has reported that the work is over 95-pct complete, the investor is submitting acceptance documents to appropriate bodies and the facility should acquire an occupancy permit soon.
