POLAND Murapol has started apartment sales in its Nowa Morena estate in Gdańsk. A ten-storey building is to be constructed in the first stage with 162 flats and a total area of 7,350 sqm as well as ten retail outlets of around 1,500 sqm on the ground floor. An underground car park will have spaces for 241 vehicles.

Warsaw announces thirteen-year programme
POLAND The city of Warsaw has announced that in 2017 it will spend PLN 246.3 mln on municipal apartments and that city owned housing stock will increase to 100,000 apartments by 2030.
