POLAND Just a few months after the sales launch of the first stage of the Strefa Wilanów estate in Warsaw, Yareal is now selling apartments in the second stage of the project.

Belarusian residential sector slows down
BELARUS “Sixty residential buildings with a combined residential area of 644,000 sqm are to be completed in Minsk this year,” claims Irina Gontaryeva, the head of the Residential Construction Department for the city of Minsk.
Eco-Classic satisfied with results and plans new projects
POLAND Residential developer Eco-Classic sold 281 apartments in 2016, up by around 40 pct on the previous year. Last year it completed nearly 350 new apartments in Warsaw and Gdańsk and started construction work on a further 180 apartments in the Wolne Miasto project in Gdańsk.

POLAND In 2016 Dom Development sold 2,735 apartments, representing a 15 pct increase on the 2,382 apartments sold the previous year. In Q4 the developer sold 717 apartments, a quarterly record.

POLAND Echo Investment sold a total of 925 apartments in 2016. The company, which is attempting to become the market leader of all the sectors in which it operates, plans to offer 1,500 new apartments to buyers in 2017.

POLAND Ronson Development registered the best quarterly results in its history in Q4 2016, with 275 apartments sold – an 11 pct rise on the same period of 2015.

POLAND According to the latest ‘Residential Market in Poland – Q4 2016’, 18,100 apartments were sold in the six largest markets in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, the TriCity, Poznań and Łódź) in the final quarter of 2016 representing a 25 pct rise on the previous quarter.
