RSSArchicom shops in Kraków
POLAND Wrocław-based developer has invested in another plot for an estate in the capital of Lesser Poland. The company purchased a plot with an area of 4,000 sqm in the south-eastern part of Kraków, the Bieżanów-Prokocim district at the price of PLN 3.6 mln.

EUR 400 mln residential complex in Moscow
RUSSIA Gorn Development is starting the sales of apartments in the Neskuchny Home & Spa residential complex, which is under construction in south-western Moscow on the Third Ring Road. According to RIA Novosti, the investment costs for the project will come to app. RUB 25 bln (EUR 400 mln).

BELARUS “Sixty residential buildings with a combined residential area of 644,000 sqm are to be completed in Minsk this year,” claims Irina Gontaryeva, the head of the Residential Construction Department for the city of Minsk.
Eco-Classic satisfied with results and plans new projects
POLAND Residential developer Eco-Classic sold 281 apartments in 2016, up by around 40 pct on the previous year. Last year it completed nearly 350 new apartments in Warsaw and Gdańsk and started construction work on a further 180 apartments in the Wolne Miasto project in Gdańsk.
