HalfPrice has joined the tenants of Galeria Askana in Gorzów Wielkopolski, signing a lease for a 2,000 sqm store to open atr the end of August 2026.

Poland Mr DIY comes to Wrocław
The tenants of the Auchan Bielany shopping centre in Lower Silesia have been joined by the Mr.DIY brand. This is the chain's first store in Wrocław and the surrounding area, and the second in a shopping centre managed by Nhood Services.

The Tedi store chain has signed a lease agreement for 710 sqm in the Plejada Sosnowiec shopping centre. The brand's product range includes decorative and handicraft items, toiletries, car and garage accessories, and also pet supplies and food.

Poland Magnolia Park to be transformed
A year after NEPI Rockcastle acquired Magnolia Park in Wrocław, the shopping centre is to be modernised. The facility, marking its 19th anniversary this year, will have its food court renovated while the common areas are to be refreshed.

Romania Global Vision and Globalworth announce retail park in Constanța
Global Vision, in partnership with Globalworth, has announced the start of development for a new retail park in Constanța. The first stage of the development will occupy 35,000 sqm of the 10 ha site and will feature a 2,300 sqm anchor space for a leading food retail chain and a 4,000 sqm commercial gallery with a selected mix of tenants.

Poland Big Ostroda becomes bigger
Acteeum is to expand the Big Ostróda retail park by a further 4,000 sqm gla and the addition of a Popeyes restaurant. The new restaurant building is scheduled to open in September, with the new retail space to open in Q1 2027.

The Modivo Group is strengthening its presence in Focus Mall Zielona Góra with the opening of a new worldbox store in the shopping centre. Additionally, the CCC store in the centre has also increased in size.

HalfPrice has leased nearly 2,000 sqm of retail space in the Sosnowiec Plaza shopping centre from Focus Estate Fund.

Poland M Park comes to Opalenica
LCP Poland, part of M Core, purchased a retail park project and has begun the construction work. Park Opalenica will comprise 5,000 sqm gla and house ten tenants. The opening is scheduled for the end of November 2026.

Poland Mr DIY comes to Sandecja
Mr.DIY will open a store in the Galeria Sandecja shopping centre in Nowy Sącz, owned by Focus Estate Fund. A lease agreement for nearly 750 sqm has been signed, and the store opening is planned for the second quarter of 2026.

Poland Świderek retail park under construction
Redkom Development has begun construction of the Świderek retail park in Otwock. The centre is now fully commercialised. The park will feature an Italian restaurant, a Viet Point Asian restaurant, and a drive-through.

PKB Inwest Budowa has been granted a building permit for a retail and service park in Człuchów. Construction work on ul. Kasztanowa will begin in March.

The Smart Park chain has launched the commercialisation of its latest project in Jelcz-Laskowice. The 8,300 sqm development is to be built on ul. Wrocławska. RGL is responsible for leasing the space.
