Europe Retail goes multichannel with inflation
The European retail market has undergone one of the most interesting transformations in the last decade. While in the past it seemed that e-commerce would gradually swallow up traditional brick-and-mortar stores, the most recent data from Colliers suggests that the future of retail lies in connecting both worlds.

Poland Scallier to commercialise Świętochłowice retail park
Scallier has signed a contract to commercialise a retail park to be built at the junction of ul. Śląska and ul. Księdza Ludwika Tunkla in Świętochłowice near Katowice. The new 7,000 sqm centre under development by Kenpol Holding is to open in the autumn of 2027.

PSN has completed the reconstruction of the Grand Department Store in Pardubice. The historic building has been transformed into a modern, mixed-use retail and service complex spanning over 3,500 sqm, with a food court, a boutique cinema, and co-working space.

Poland Osada to open in Łask
An Osada retail park is currently being developed in the town of Łask in the Łódź district. The 12,000 sqm retail and service complex will feature several brands that have previously been absent from the town.

Poland Retail parks continue to expand across Poland
The pace of growth in the Polish retail park market shows no signs of slowing. In its 'Retail Parks Everywhere?' report, Avison Young reports a clear trend of projects growing larger. Currently, 52 retail parks with areas of more than 5,000 sqm are under construction, with ten of these planned to be larger than 15,000 sqm.
