Rents in prime shopping centres stood at EUR 23-48 per sqm per month in Tallinn, EUR 30-55 in Riga and EUR 25-48 in Vilnius. Rents are higher on the high streets with Riga again being the most expensive at EUR 30-55 per sqm per month. In Tallinn it is EUR 23 – 48 and in Vilnius they stand at EUR 25-48 per sqm per month.
