LITHUANIA Akropolis Group that owns largest shopping centres in Lithuania and building such a centre in Latvia, is planning to build a retail park in Kaunas’ suburbs.

Carrefour to prolong 200 contracts
POLAND Carrefour, the owner and manager of a chain of 20 shopping centres, signed more than 280 leases last year concerning a total area of nearly 40,000 sqm. This year the company announces the extension of the following 200 contracts concerning a total area of over 24,000 sqm.
