First store opens in Butovo Mall
RUSSIA A Lenta supermarket with 7,800 sqm of retail space is the first store to have opened in the Butovo Mall in Moscow’s New Moscow district. It is the thirteenth supermarket of the chain and the largest in the city.

Solid outlook for retailers
POLAND In 2016 Poland’s total retail floor space was set to increase to 11.26 mln sqm. According to the ‘Poland Retail Market View Q4 2016’ report by CBRE, 17 new projects and 12 extensions, were to deliver around 390,000 sqm to the market, of which more than 280,000 sqm was scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2016.
