Strong investor interest in Czech retail assets
CZECH REPUBLIC Retail assets accounted for 38 pct of the total commercial property investment volume of EUR 1.45 bln that was recorded in the Czech Republic in the first three quarters of this year, according to Colliers International.
Atrium to extend Warsaw shopping centres
