Romania Work shopping balance
Nooka Space has launched a smart flex office service within Nepi Rockcastle shopping malls across Romania. Each office booth, whether indoor or outdoor, offers a high level of privacy and the optimal conditions to work, by creating an island of silence in an open or crowded area. The structure of the booth offers a high level of safety, shielding users from the outside conditions.

Poland Frogs on the motorway
Drivers travelling along the A2 motorway can now do their fast shopping in two Żabka shops located in travel service areas, the so-called MOPs. The format of the shops has been adapted to the needs of travellers, who can enjoy an extended offer of hot snacks, coffee and sandwiches and salads.

Nepi Rockcastle has acquired Forum Gdańsk shopping centre from Blackstone for EUR 250 mln. The acquisition represents one of the biggest single-asset shopping centre transactions by value in Europe and the largest in the CEE region in 2022.
