Jysk leases 1,200 sqm in Colosseum Retail Park
ROMANIA On April 10th, home improvement chain Jysk is to open a 1,200 sqm store in the Colosseum Retail Park in Bucharest, which has been developed by Nova Imobiliare. JLL represented the landlord during the negotiations.

Huge Biedronka in Zamość
POLAND Biedronka is to be the grocery anchor in the HopStop Zamość centre, which is currently under construction on ul. Sadowa, with a lease of 1,800 sqm. HopStop Zamość Sadowa will be a one-storey street mall with an area of 6,000 sqm located at the site of the former PKS bus terminal.

Global shopping centre development rises to 39 mln sqm
WORLD A total of 39 mln sqm of shopping centre space is currently under construction across the world’s major cities, representing a 3 mln sqm increase on 2013, according to figures from CBRE.
