RUSSIA Since the beginning of the year, 29 new foreign brands have entered the Moscow retail market and another ten have announced plans to do so by the end of the year, according to research by CBRE.
IKEA to open first Serbian store for EUR 70 mln
SERBIA Swedish furniture retailer IKEA plans on opening its first, 35,000 sqm Serbian store in Belgrade. Located near Bubanj Potok and estimated at EUR 70 mln, the project is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2016.
