Planettoys comes to Retroville in Kyiv
UKRAINE Ukrainian toy retailer Planettoys has leased 1,600 sqm in the Retroville shopping centre, which is being built in Kyiv.
Capital Park opens Vis á Vis in Łódź and plans another centre
POLAND After ten months of construction work, the Capital Park group has opened the Vis á Vis convenience centre on ul. Zgierska in Łódź.

KiK to hit 100 Polish locations in 2015
POLAND German fashion and home decor discount retailer KiK, which currently operates 70 KiK-branded stores in Poland, is planning to increase the number of its Polish locations to over 100 by the end of 2015.
New Zielona Góra retail park underway
POLAND Emporio is planning to build a new retail project in Zielona Góra. The app. 5,000 sqm retail park is set to house retail units that will be accessible directly from the car park.

WORLD Fashion chain Mexx has been declared bankrupt by a Dutch court. The 315 outlets of the network are expected to stay open until merchandise is sold off.

Boeing-737 lands in Rio shopping centre
RUSSIA A Boeing-737 Next Generation Full Flight Simulator, similar to those used for training of professional pilots, has been opened in the Rio shopping centre in St Petersburg. The EUR 1.5 mln investment by St Petersburg-based company Dream Areo is expected to repay itself within five years.

POLAND French bakery and restaurant chain Paul has joined the list of tenants occupying Warsaw Financial Center in order to open its first Polish location.
